Overview
Lawlytic is a PHP-based legal text analysis tool designed to help users review contracts and other legal documents more efficiently. It automatically scans submitted text and highlights legal terms, vague or subjective expressions, and article or section numbers.
The application uses PHP with regular-expression pattern matching on the backend and a vanilla JavaScript interface without additional frameworks. Legal terms are stored in a JSON file, while analyzed results are presented as styled HTML highlights.
Different highlight colors make the analysis easier to understand: legal terms are shown in blue, vague or subjective expressions in red, and article or section headings in yellow. Users can review the highlighted text and summary statistics and use the available export functions to save or copy their results.
