RenewalPro includes an invoicing system with automatic invoice generation, paid and unpaid status tracking, PDF export and printing, tax calculation, and configurable payment methods. Its email system supports renewal reminders, payment confirmations, and expiry notifications through SMTP or the PHP mail() function.

The dashboard provides client and service statistics, upcoming renewal alerts, revenue information, and quick actions. Additional controls cover service history, bulk operations, service categorization, company branding, multi-currency settings, and invoice customization.
