Member Area – Customer & Referral Management is a CodeIgniter-based customer and referral management system designed for merchants and platforms that need to organize customers, referral activity, commissions and payouts.

The system provides separate admin and customer dashboards. Administrators can manage customers, create referral campaigns, configure commission rules, review conversions, approve or reject payouts and generate financial reports.

Customers can access tracking links, view referral performance metrics and download statements. Referral and conversion tracking supports webhook integration, while configurable commission structures can use flat, percentage or tiered rules.

The system also supports PayPal and Stripe payment integrations through payment APIs and webhooks. Reports can be exported as CSV files for accounting and tax-related workflows, while email notifications can be configured through Mailgun or SMTP.

The project is structured around CodeIgniter and includes application files, documentation and a sample database dump for deployment.
