Overview
PlugHub Inventory Management System is a Django-based web application designed to help small and medium-sized businesses manage products, inventory, sales and expenses from one organized platform.
The system provides product and stock management, dashboard analytics, sales and expense tracking, role-based user access, and reporting tools for monitoring business performance.
It is designed for retail stores, wholesalers, online sellers and other businesses that need a self-hosted inventory management solution without relying on an expensive SaaS subscription.
The application is built with Python and Django and uses PostgreSQL for production deployments, with SQLite available for development or testing. It can be deployed on Ubuntu or another Linux-based server using Nginx or Apache together with Gunicorn or uWSGI.
