GameSense is a PHP and MySQL HTML5 games portal with a modern administration panel for publishing and managing browser games.

The system allows administrators to add, edit, feature, and delete games, organize games into categories, moderate comments, manage website pages, configure advertising placements, and control site and SEO settings.

GameSense includes bulk game import functionality with JSON/API sources, iframe URL imports, automatic category assignment, slug generation, and thumbnail support. It also provides an administrator sitemap generator and SEO-focused game pages.

The frontend includes user accounts, favorites, ratings, comments, responsive game playback, and a mobile-friendly interface. The system supports Google login, account-based favorites and ratings, and frontend user management from the administration panel.

SEO features include dynamic game titles and descriptions, OpenGraph and Twitter Cards, JSON-LD VideoGame and breadcrumb schema, SEO-friendly URLs, category pages, and an A–Z browsing index.

Additional functionality includes an advertising manager, SMTP settings, contact inbox, GDPR cookie consent, Turnstile protection, and administrative rating analytics.

GameSense is designed for PHP hosting with MySQL or MariaDB and includes a one-click installation process.

Server Requirements

Installation

• Upload the application files to the domain root

• Create a MySQL database

• Open the /install URL

• Enter database host, database name, username, and password

• Enter the site name

• Create the administrator email and password

• Complete the installation

• Delete the /install folder after successful installation
