Rentair is a PHP-based vacation rental platform designed for launching an online property rental and booking service.

The system provides separate functionality for guests, hosts and administrators. Guests can create accounts using email or supported social network logins, browse property listings, view host and property information, check availability through a calendar and use standard account, rating and review features.

Hosts can use the platform as buyers while also creating and managing their own property listings and bookings through the system.

An administrator can manage the complete platform through the available administrative functionality. The product is presented as a working vacation rental software solution rather than a simple template or theme, with functions and modules intended for operating a rental marketplace.
