Meetup – AI-Powered Real-Time Chat System

Meetup is a Laravel-based live chat application designed for real-time communication, AI-assisted conversations, and mobile-friendly access. It combines private messaging, group chats, user management, and an installable Progressive Web App (PWA) in a responsive interface.

AI-Powered Communication

Integrate compatible AI providers to offer smart reply suggestions, conversation summaries based on the latest 50 messages, and an AI chatbot for user assistance. You must supply your own supported AI API credentials.

Real-Time Messaging

Support one-to-one and group conversations with live message delivery, typing indicators, read receipts, online status, and last-seen information. Users can also share images and files, use emojis, and search for chat users.

Administration and User Management

The application includes an admin dashboard, authentication, user profile management, role and permission features, and CSV-based user import capabilities.

Progressive Web App

PWA support provides an installable, app-like experience on compatible devices. The responsive interface is designed for desktop and mobile use.

Technology

Meetup uses Laravel 12, PHP, Blade, jQuery, Tailwind CSS, and MySQL or MariaDB. Real-time communication can be configured using the supported broadcasting setup.
