Installation notes

1. Upload the application files to your server.

2. Configure the document root to expose only the public/ directory.

3. Copy .env.example to .env and configure the database connection and timezone.

4. Create and initialize the database using create_db.psql or apply schema.sql to an existing database.

5. Open the application and verify the login page and /api/health endpoint.

• Keep .env and scripts/ inaccessible from the public web.

• Back up the PostgreSQL database before updates.
