Overview
ErrandLink is a task and service marketplace designed to connect people who need tasks completed with service providers, known as runners. It provides a platform for posting tasks, submitting applications, negotiating prices and communicating throughout the task process.
Task owners can publish tasks with locations, budgets and requirements, review runner profiles and proposed prices, and track progress from start to completion. Runners can discover nearby tasks, apply for work, build their reputation through ratings and reviews, and receive payouts through supported payment integrations.
The platform includes escrow payment workflows, real-time messaging, payment history, dispute and refund management, and notifications. Administrators can manage users, moderate tasks, review KYC submissions, handle support tickets and configure platform settings.
Additional functionality includes role-based access control, optional Google sign-in, reCAPTCHA, two-factor authentication, email verification, dark mode, multilingual support and customizable branding.
The application uses a Laravel API backend and a React frontend. The package is intended as a foundation for building a task marketplace, errands platform or local service marketplace. Review the database, deployment and payment requirements before implementation.
