BIOSTAFF is a Laravel-based human resource management and payroll system designed to help businesses manage employee records and day-to-day HR operations from one application.

The platform combines attendance tracking, payroll calculations, leave requests, employee self-service, KPI monitoring and performance reviews. Employees can review attendance history, submit leave requests and download payslips or issued documents. Managers can oversee their teams and assign performance targets.

The system also includes document generation, company asset tracking, reporting dashboards and a permission system for controlling access to different modules. Its attendance kiosk supports a compatible biometric security device, with manual attendance entry available as a fallback.

An administration panel provides tools for managing HR records, payroll, users, permissions and system settings. The package is built with Laravel and includes an installation wizard and setup instructions.
