Project Management System (PMS) is a Laravel-based application for organizing projects, coordinating team activities and managing related business operations from one interface.

The system provides a dashboard for reviewing project statuses, active tasks, team activities, upcoming deadlines and key performance metrics. Project tools support planning, scheduling, resource allocation and milestone tracking, while task management helps teams assign work, set deadlines, prioritize activities and monitor progress.

Beyond project coordination, the platform includes customer and supplier records, invoices, credit notes, payments and tax settings. These features help organizations manage project-related customer information and financial records alongside their daily work.

User administration includes roles and permissions, secure authentication, password changes and resets, and activity logs. Additional tools include personal to-do lists, configurable application settings and cron jobs for routine maintenance tasks.

The application is built with Laravel 12, PHP 8.2.26 and MySQL 9.1.0. The product includes the full source code and provides installation instructions for deploying it on a compatible server.
