PHP Host Monitor is a self-hosted PHP monitoring script for keeping track of domains, SSL certificates and website uptime from a centralized dashboard.

The system monitors domain and SSL expiry dates and can send Telegram alerts before important services expire. It also performs uptime checks every five minutes and sends notifications when monitored website status changes.

The application uses a zero-configuration SQLite database, so it does not require MySQL. Its responsive Aurora dark-theme interface provides a modern monitoring dashboard, while intelligent subdomain grouping organizes subdomains under their parent domains.

PHP Host Monitor also includes event history, customizable monitoring settings, multilingual support and a secure administrator login. The application is designed for modern PHP servers and can be installed using Composer and scheduled Cron Jobs.
